This product can only be made with sparkling/carbonated water as the carbon dioxide from the bubbles react with the magnesium powder to create magnesium bicarbonate water.
How to make it:
- Add 1/2 tsp of MgBicarbH2O into 1.5-2L of sparkling/carbonated water.
- Make sure to quickly close the lid as the reaction happens fast!
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Refridgerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Bonus step: shake again after 1 hour (or whenever you remember) to speed up the the process!
Once made, you can mix your daily amount with regular water if you prefer not to drink sparkling water.
Does it have to be made with sparkling water?
Yes it has to be made with sparkling water (but once made you can mix your daily amount with normal water).
How do I make it?
Combine 1/4 tsp of powder with 1L of sparkling water, close lid & shake for 1 minute.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Note: shaking it again whenever you next open the fridge, will speed up the process.
It sounds like an effort but it's worth the benefits, plus, nobody said achieving great health was easy.
How much do I drink?
Drinking 100-300ml a day is sufficient for most people.

This is a easy and beneficial way of getting your magnesium intake and stay hydrated (add a pinch of salt ). My body absorbs it so much better this way. I felt a huge difference.

The gua sha is simply magical. Perfectly polished. I've had a few before, but none with this shape. This one definitely wins.

This is a beautiful gua sha made from stunning amethyst crystal and feels cool to the touch on the skin. I love the shape…so different to the usual ones mass produced, and it genuinely feels like it’s been designed for specific areas of the face. Paired with my favourite facial oil, this is a lovely relaxing nighttime ritual before bed. Recommended!
Despite a bit of a slow down when the package was transferred to my home country (not the suppliers fault), the package was obviously shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition with excellent packaging.
