This is a easy and beneficial way of getting your magnesium intake and stay hydrated (add a pinch of salt ). My body absorbs it so much better this way. I felt a huge difference.

The gua sha is simply magical. Perfectly polished. I've had a few before, but none with this shape. This one definitely wins.

This is a beautiful gua sha made from stunning amethyst crystal and feels cool to the touch on the skin. I love the shape…so different to the usual ones mass produced, and it genuinely feels like it’s been designed for specific areas of the face. Paired with my favourite facial oil, this is a lovely relaxing nighttime ritual before bed. Recommended!
Despite a bit of a slow down when the package was transferred to my home country (not the suppliers fault), the package was obviously shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition with excellent packaging. What I really appreciated was the friendly, personal touches to the package contents, which made me appreciate what it is for small businesses to connect in this way.
I have just started using the Magnesium Bicarbonate, so can't fully comment on its effects, but as a magnesium enthusiast, I feel well informed enough to know that it offers a wholesome addition to my supplement eco-system.

This Gua Sha Stone is absolutely beautiful. I almost hesitated to use it because I want to preserve how it looks. You can tell the quality of this is high, and I love the different edges on the tool for versatility. Honestly the best guasha tool I own. I have a few other regular shaped guashas and I never use them anymore because this one is so far superior that I just don’t really have a use for them. The amount of edges are something that I’d never really seen before and once you try each one you’ll never want to go back! It’s made from a beautiful amethyst crystal that promotes calmness and healing on all fronts, physical and emotional.
I’ve truly seen such a big difference using this tool, my face is snatched and it’s my favourite wind down habit that really soothes my nervous system too. Absolutely obsessed!
The gua sha is so beautiful i almost didnt want to use it. But I have been using gua sha since the past few months and it has been life changing for me.
