Welcome to Witness Wellness. 

My name is Sakshi, I am the owner of Witness Wellness. My descent is of Indian origin and in Hindi, Sakshi means Witness. Throughout my health journey I have always come back to this one component which I believe is the most important trait we must all develop in order to live happy healthy lives, and that is self-awareness. Through self-awareness we can reflect, observe, learn and transform our habits, thoughts, patterns and therefore health. I thought this worked beautifully with the word Witness, as we must witness our thoughts, feelings and so on in order to develop self-awareness...hence Witness Wellness was born.

Over the years, I have discovered many biohacking tools, supplements, lotions and potions that have made my healing journey so much easier. I quickly realised many of these weren't easily accessible or well known and I wanted everyone to experience what I was.
