My name is Sakshi, I am the founder of Witness Wellness.

My descent is of Indian origin and in Hindi, Sakshi means Witness.

Throughout my health journey I have always believed that the most important trait we must all develop to live happy healthy lives, is self-awareness. Through self-awareness we can observe, reflect and learn about ourselves. This allows us to transform our thoughts, habits and therefore health. I thought this worked beautifully with the word 'witness', as we must witness our thoughts, feelings and actions in order to develop self-awareness...hence Witness Wellness was born.

Over the years, I have discovered many biohacking tools, supplements, lotions and potions that have made my healing journey much easier. I quickly realised many of these weren't easily accessible or well known and I wanted everyone to experience the benefits I was.

The fact is, many of us live in an unnatural world far from what our ancestors were used to, this makes taking extra care of our health a necessity. On my own healing journey, the right biohacking tool or supplement gave me the extra support I needed and boosted my ability to heal. It is now my mission to contribute to humanity by creating and providing products and tools that can help transform your health, and more importantly, put your healing in your hands.
